Why didn't I get an email with my Account Details after signing up?On occasions our activation emails are blacklisted as SPAM/Junk by automated Anti-SPAM programs. Check your SPAM/Junk folder for the email, and if is not there wait 24 hours before contacting Support.
Why do my account quotas differ to those listed for that plan?
Why do I have advertising on my website when I signed up for the ad-Free plan?
It can take up to 48 hours for your account to be transferred to the plan you selected. Usually they are transferred within 24 hours. We apologise for any inconvenience.
How many Free Hosting accounts can I have?
We allow an individual to have up to 5 accounts registered to a single email address.
How do I change my Username?
Unfortunately we do not allow users to change their Username however adding a new domain/website is possible by using the addon domain feature of Vista Panel.
Can I have my own Advertising on my Website?
Yes. We permit users to have their own advertising on any of their websites as long as it does not breach the Terms of Service agreed to upon signup (ie. no adult content).
